About Vicroo Towing and Transport Pty Ltd

A Melbourne VIC based freight and logistics business delivering dependable towing, cartage and transport solutions for businesses and individuals across Victoria.

Our Story

Industrial depot building used for freight and logistics operations

Vicroo Towing and Transport Pty Ltd was founded with a simple goal: to give Melbourne businesses and vehicle owners a transport partner they could genuinely rely on. What began as a small towing operation has grown into a broader freight and logistics service, supporting local industry with everything from light vehicle towing to scheduled freight runs and machinery relocation.

Being based in Melbourne VIC means we understand the pressures of moving goods through one of Australia's busiest logistics corridors. From metropolitan deliveries to regional cartage across Victoria, we plan every job around our clients' deadlines, not our own convenience.

Today, we continue to operate on the same principles we started with — show up on time, communicate clearly, handle every load with care, and leave every client confident they chose the right operator.

What We Stand For

Reliability: When we confirm a job, we commit to it. Our scheduling and dispatch processes are built to keep pickups and deliveries on time.
Safety first: Every tow, load and delivery is carried out in line with Australian heavy vehicle standards, including proper load restraint and route planning.
Transparency: Clear, upfront pricing and honest communication. No hidden charges and no surprises when the job is done.
Accountability: We take responsibility for the freight in our care, from pickup right through to final handover.
Genuine customer care: We treat every client — from a single vehicle owner to a national freight account — with the same respect and attention.

Our Team Approach

Our drivers and coordinators are the heart of the business. Every operator is carefully vetted, experienced in heavy vehicle work, and trained to handle a wide variety of loads — from damaged vehicles requiring careful recovery to palletised freight moving on tight schedules.

We keep our team structure lean and communicative. When you engage Vicroo Towing and Transport, you deal with people who know your job personally, not a faceless call centre. That means faster answers, quicker decisions and a single point of accountability for every booking.

Ongoing training in load restraint, fatigue management and chain of responsibility obligations keeps our team sharp and our operations compliant.
